Hey buddy. Usually, the problem is that the VPC used in your RDS instance doesn’t allow access to the internet that it’s required to connect with your AppRunner instance. It was the issue related byKoosha, but first take a look at your AppRunner instance, we should be able to see the “Application logs”, which will help us to understand it better.
